Do kids need experience?
No. It’s beginner-friendly and fully coached.
What ages/times?
9–10 AM (ages 6–8) and 10–11 AM (ages 9–13) on Sat, Sept 27.
Could sessions combine?
If sign-ups are light, we’ll combine to 9:30–10:30 AM. We’ll text/email by Fri 6 PM.
How long is it?
60 minutes (45–50 min hands-on + a short wrap-up).
What will they learn?
Wrist-grab & Pin escapes-grab escapes, safe takedown defense, frames → hip escape → technical stand-up, plus partner drills/games.
What should we bring/wear?
Athletic wear, water bottle. Bare feet on mats (no shoes). Trimmed nails, hair tied back.
Can parents watch?
Yes. There’s a designated viewing area.
Is there a cost?
No—it’s free. Every attendee gets a Free Week to try regular classes.
How do we RSVP?

Capacity / waitlist?
We keep groups small. If full, join the waitlist—openings get filled in order.
Do you have a waiver?
Yes. You’ll sign it in the RSVP form (QR available at check-in too).
Photo/video policy?
We only share photos if you check Yes for consent in the form.
Safety & hygiene rules?
Clean, supervised mats; no street shoes; siblings stay off mats; coaches manage all pairing. Please stay home if sick within the last 24 hours.
My child has sensory/attention needs—okay?
Absolutely. Tell us in the form and arrive a few minutes early; we’ll seat them near a coach and adjust drills as needed.
Where are you located?
Binding Arts Jiu Jitsu — 30 Ramtown-Greenville Rd. Howell, NJ 07731 arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
